Last year’s inaugural Gypsy Picnic Food Trailer Festival was a resounding success with over 15,000 food trailer fans descending upon Auditorium Shores to try out new trailers, listen to live music and kick back with family and friends.
This time around, Gypsy Picnic is expanding its footprint and taking on more vendors to meet the incredible demand and make sure 2011 improves on that winning formula. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be part of one of Austin’s premier culinary events! Here are the details:

Gypsy Picnic takes place this October 22nd from 11am to 8pm down at the gorgeous green fields of Auditorium Shores.
SUBMIT YOUR VENDOR APPLICATION
Applications can be submitted from July 11th to August 11th, and each vendor must offer a minimum of 2 but no more than 3 signature items, at least one of which should be sample sized and cost $3.00 or less. Gypsy Picnic’s booth fee is $535. Considering the turnout from last year, your food trailer’s presence at the picnic should be well worth your time…and a heck of a lot of fun! SERVICE DELIVERY
While food trucks will be on display so you can show off your awesome digs, all food will be sold out of tents for more efficient service (and happier fans!)
ENTER THE COOK-OFF
Don’t be shy – be sure to throw your chef’s hat into the ring for the big trailer cook-off! While assessment by our expert panel is optional, all vendors will be entered into the public choice competition.
